Adolescent and Emerging Adult Psychotherapy

From the moment we begin working together, my focus is on creating a supportive, compassionate space where you feel truly seen and understood. I’m dedicated to providing thoughtful, expert care that is both accessible and grounded in empathy. As your therapist and advocate, I collaborate closely with other health providers, psychiatrists, and educators when needed, ensuring you receive the most well-rounded support possible.

From your very first session, you can begin to focus on what truly matters—the challenges and goals that brought you here. Together, we’ll explore the factors that shape your experiences, recognize and build on your strengths, and find practical, meaningful solutions to help you move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

I am currently in network with BCBS of Illinois, Aetna and United Healthcare/Optum.

To schedule an appointment, please call me at 312-576-8517.
