Adolescent Psychotherapy

It is estimated that between 7 and 12 million American youth struggle with mental and/or behavioral disorders at any given time. Adolescent and young adult social workers and psychologists operate at the forefront of American mental health by acting as advocates and highly trained specialists for their struggling clients. Early identification and treatment of a mental health issue ensures better overall health and wellness throughout life.

From the moment a teenager or young adult becomes my patient, I am dedicated to providing expert, optimal care as well as empathy and accessibility. As a psychotherapist and an advocate, my collaboration with additional health providers, psychiatrists and school administrators and educators is often pivotal to my clients' success.

From the time you come for your first session, you can focus on the real issues that brought you here. During our sessions, I will work with you to reach an understanding of factors that affect you. Together, we will identify your strengths, create new ones, and find solutions to help you lead a fulfilling life.
